This is an excellent, highly durable burner for use with our Pressure Cookers, Pressure Sterilizers and for use in pasteurizing straw in 55 gallon drums for Oyster cultivation as described in the books Growing Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms and The Mushroom Cultivator. (Note: this unit cannot support the weight of a full 55 gallon drum. Alternate method of support must be used.) Features sturdy 1" angle iron legs, a large 15" x 15" angle iron table top with eight heavy duty spokes, a 6" burner wind screen, and a 9" cooking height. Capable of producing a maximum output of 160,000 BTU/hr. Includes a propane regulator and hose.
