Q. I'm new to the music that you carry. Can you recommend something?
A. Of course. We usually recommend starting with compilations, since they feature a number of different artists, and are sometimes less expensive than regular albums. Give us a call or send an email and let us know what kind of music you'd like to learn more about, and we'll recommend some compilations to you.

Q. What kind of money orders do you accept?
A. For domestic orders, we accept US Postal Money Orders as well as Money Orders from Western Union, Wal-Mart, 7-11 and similar money order services. For international orders, the only money order we accept is an International Postal Money Order in US funds.

Q. Where is your retail store located? Can I pick up my order in person?
A. Our retail store and mail order processing facility are at the same location, listed in the contact section. You are welcome to pick up your order in person; see our store policies section for details.

Q. Can I come to your store and hear a CD before I buy it?
A. In most cases, yes. A few labels do not send us "in-store play" copies of their CDs; if we don't have a copy, we can't play it for you.

Q. If I see an item on your website, is it guaranteed to be in stock?
A. No. Most items on our website are also available at our retail store, so the item you are looking at might, at that very moment, be in the hands of one of our retail customers who is about to buy it. We try to stock multiple copies of popular items, and we remove items from our website if our supply of them becomes unreliable. Still, please keep in mind that we are a specialist store that carries hard-to-find titles, and as such, there can occasionally be delays in obtaining more obscure items. You can always feel free to contact us to see if an item is in stock, and if it isn't, when we expect to have it back in stock.

Q. Can I place an order over the phone?
A. Yes. If you want an order shipped ASAP and want to ensure that every title is in stock, this is the best way to order from us.

Q. Is there a way to view all of the shirts/jackets you have available?
A. Yes. Select "Search by Item #" and insert the size of shirt you are looking for in the search box. For example, searching for "XL" will return all XL-sized shirts. Note that some shirts may be listed as "ONE SIZE" "GIRLIE SHIRT" "BABYDOLL" etc.

Q. Do you have any items on clearance or overstock sale?
A. Generally, yes. If you visit our specials section you can see a list of items on sale. Click on an item to see the special sale price offered.

Q. Can I order bootlegs from you?
A. No. We do not, have not, and will not traffic in bootlegs.

Q. Can I special order items not listed on your website?
A. Certainly. Contact us and we'll do our best to find them for you if we can. Bear in mind that we specialize in certain kinds of music. If you are looking for a rare reggae record or a Japanese import hip-hop single, you'll have better luck looking elsewhere.

Q. Who made the artwork in your banner?
A. The banner comes from a piece called Lunar Faery by Wioletta Szczepanska. The full piece is quite pretty and appears on an Asleep By Dawn T-shirt that we have in stock at a very nice price.
