In a radical move away from the more experimental Knifeladder, BLA is a song based electro project. Using minimal drum machine/sequences, hand played samples and analogue synth, the result is moody pop songs with a paranoid noir story telling style. The debut album 'Ashes' brings ten stunning retro- but also refreshing modern tracks! Extremely catchy from the first second till the end.
